Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or “Tapping” is emotional acupuncture without the needles. By lightly tapping on the acupressure points based on the same energy meridians used in acupuncture, this method sends a calming signal to the brain and nervous system, interrupting the fight or flight stress response, and balancing the body’s energy system. EFT is effective in releasing negative life patterns and beliefs.

Many children carry around emotional burdens, that they don’t know how to process them or resolve. EFT is effective for children of all ages. Children often respond quickly to EFT because they don’t have as many layers of issues compared to older adults. EFT works even when there is strong resistance to it.

EFT is a simple tool used to overcome: worries, fear, everyday traumas, fear of the unknown, bullying, loss of a pet, moving, divorce, loss of a friend, coping with a disability, traumas, anxiety, …..as well as building self-esteem.

Kristie’s Healing Space

Kristie has been on a healing and spiritual journey for the past 15 years, doing her own personal work and inner reflection. This healing work led her to sharing this beautiful gift with others.
Previously, she has been an Esthetician for over 20 years and an Esthetics Instructor for 6 years, teaching teens and young adults. Teaching and leading comes naturally to Kristie.

As she continued to develop her empathic and intuitive gifts, she was drawn to Energy Psychology. She received her certification in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as “tapping”, from EFT Universe. She also received certification from SEFT (Simplified Emotional Freedom Technique). She is also a certified Heal Your Life Teacher, teaching the philosophies of Louise Hay.

Kristie having had amazing success with EFT herself, wants to share it with others. EFT is a simple self help tool backed by science, and is part of the field of Energy Psychology. It is highly effective for everyone, including children of all ages. It’s effective for stress, anxiety, tantrums, worries, fears, phobias, emotional pain, bullying, performance anxiety, ptsd, and traumas.

Kristie was born and raised in Southern California and is a mother of two daughters.

At the time I started tapping sessions with Kristie I was basically in one of the lowest points of my life. I was breaking up from a challenging four year relationship, was adapting to a new career change, which was very scary. I was emotionally eating excessively. I had never felt anxiety in my life or had panic attacks until this period of my life. That’s when I knew I needed help. I needed someone who took the time to understand me and help me in a more spiritually healing way… Kristie is one of the most intuitive, empathetic, compassionate and genuine human beings I know. She truly takes the time to address the root cause to a particular problem and provides an extremely safe space for you to really dig deep within yourself. Her natural ability to have made me feel safe in our sessions was instrumental for my progress, If it wasn’t for Kristie and her loving heart , I wouldn’t be where I am now emotionally…

Kristie has a true gift for this work. She’s a great listener and has great intuition about probing on certain thoughts and behaviors.
She is highly professional, flexible and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to a friend or acquaintance. Kristie is an amazing person and an inspiration and I can’t thank her enough!!
