Áshildur Hlín Valtýsdóttir has been creating Music Therapy through the power of the Gong to connect people to the Elementals of the Planet. The gong is a musical instrument and when played with love, care and a deep sense of connection from the elements around us, the frequencies resonate through every cell of our bodies with precision to enhance your inter-connectedness with all that is in our World.

She has been deeply interested in personal growth since childhood. From early on she was studying her own feelings and emotions and why and how certain people and circumstances could affect them. Her innate ability to listen to people and give them space for transformation and healing has been deeply appreciated by her clients. The gong came into her life a few years ago and brought together many pieces of the puzzle. Through the playing of the gong she brings together all of her strengths, wisdom and compassion to create space for people to transform. To let go of that which no longer serves the whole and step into full potential and service based missions as true leaders in this world.

Áshildur is born and raised in Akureyri, a small town in the North of Iceland, happily married with four bright and beautiful children. In her younger years she played the piano and studied Reflexology. Later got her B.Ed in the School of Education and acquired her certified ACC coaching accreditation through ICF foundation. She has a Dip. in Positive Psychology from the University of Iceland and has been working as a self-employed life coach and a gong player for the last four years, travelling across Europe to play at workshops and events.
