Mark “Manu” Saito
Kahuna and Spiritual Sensei

Manu is a martial arts sensei, a 10th degree Black Belt in Ninjitsu Mastery for the Saito Family from Fukushima Japan who passionately bridges martial arts and energy healing. He is a teacher and practitioner of lomilomi healing massage and ho’oponopono which is the art and practice of clearing and forgiveness. He is native Hawaiian, and as a Kahuna, he is a spiritual healer and mentor for clients and students throughout Hawaii and globally.

Lomilomi is Hawaiian for massage, and in the islands, the native’s way of doing this has been passed down for hundreds of years, from generation to generation. The royalty of Hawai’i enjoyed this as a part of their daily life, and special lomilomi massage therapists were allowed to provide this healing touch to the Royal family and their guests. I have learned this from my father and uncle, and they from their grandfathers and grandmothers. This style was usually practiced in special places in these islands, sometimes on heiau or traditional temples, often on beaches and in natural surroundings. Ho’oponopono is one of the truly amazing healing arts from these islands, it is commonly known as “Conflict Resolution” in the West. It is used and practiced by psychologists and other professionals to aid the clients in a natural way as they find a new way of living their lives in a more holistic and energetic way. It is very effective at identifying and release any and all energetic blocks and suppression that could be keeping people stuck or held back and suppressed. The Hawaiian way is very gentle and respectful of all energies, and peoples. It is a truly “Soul Cleansing” experience and life-changing.
