For those of you that live in the North County San Diego area and prefer in-person coaching, my small group training sessions (4 people max) are designed to offer you a customized experience inside a small group format.

Whether those goals are to lose body fat, create more energy, or simply improve to support the physical demands of life and your weekend-warrior activities, my science-based training methods will help identify weaknesses, decrease injury risk and build strength and power.
I’ll conduct a comprehensive individual assessment, as well as discuss your goals, learn about your health, training history and any past injuries. We’ll then figure out our approach to your individual results within our semi-private format.
I’ll handle all of the preparation and planning for your workout, which is designed to quickly improve your key indicators of progress: weight and body fat %, strength, power, mobility, and agility. Combined with a fun and energetic team environment, we will conquer your big goals, together.
